The warranty term of our product is 12 months. Within warranty, if there is any quality defect, we will send you the broken parts by airplane or send engineer to you to solve it.
3.What is the shipping way?
It depends on the destination. Usually, there are four ways: by shipment, by railway, by truck to border or multi-model transportation. Container mainly are the 40HC and 20GP.
4. How to make the installation? Can you send engineer to us?
First, we will send you all the technical documents, such as foundation drawing, installation manual, operation manual. If you have professional engineer, you can finish it by yourself.
Second, we also can send our engineer to guild you on installation. The cost will belongs to the buyer, cost are mainly including visa application, round-trip tickets, provide accommodation, and pay 70 USD/day allowance for each engineer.
5. What about spare parts? Where can I get them?
It is strongly recommended you purchase some shipped along with the equipment.we can offer you the spare parts list to select.
6.Can you accept OEM or ODM?
